RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

You may return most new, unused items in their original condition within a specified period from the date of delivery for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee may apply. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt.

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Non-Returnable/Bespoke Items: Personalized, monogrammed, bespoke, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale & Discounted Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or at a discount may be subject to different return conditions.
  • Return Authorization: A return authorization may be required. Please initiate all returns through the process outlined on our website.

GIFT RETURNS

Gift returns are accepted within the standard return window. A store credit will be issued for the item’s current value. The original purchaser will be notified of the return via email.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Visit the Returns section of our website at stubbswootenshop.com to begin the return process.
  2. Follow the instructions to obtain your return authorization and shipping label if applicable.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off your package with the designated carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard number of business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount cannot be refunded. This policy is subject to change, so please verify current terms on our website.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
